After the free trial ends, you may choose to subscribe to a paid membership.

If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you may be charged in accordance with your selected subscription plan.

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1 Eligibility for Full Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

• You cancel within 24 hours of the initial subscription purchase; and
• You have not substantially used the Services

Refund processing may take up to 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3.2 Partial (Prorated) Refunds

If the subscription has been used or partially consumed:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be provided on a prorated basis
• The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription period

Full refunds are generally not available once the Services have been used.

3.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied in cases including, but not limited to:

• Abuse of free trial or refund policy
• Fraudulent or improper use of the Services
• Repeated refund requests for similar reasons

3.4 No Result-Based Refunds

Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with outcomes, including lack of matches, responses, or interactions.

3.5 Chargebacks and Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated account and investigate the matter.

4. Apple In-App Purchases

For purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase:

• Payment processing and refunds are handled by Apple Inc.
• All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple
• Apple’s terms and policies will apply

Ahava Loves does not have control over Apple’s refund decisions.

5. Additional Services

Additional services, including but not limited to:

• Online courses
• Events
• Customized or bespoke services

are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, as the time and resources involved cannot be recovered, unless required by applicable law.

This Refund Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
